Harbin Terrace Apts
1701 W Pensacola Tallahassee , FL 32304 Craig is seriously the best landlord. My roommate and I pushed the Harbin to the limit....but Craig was always so patient with us. Best and most practicle place to live if you go to FSU or TCC.
